iNSitu™ MicroBlade™ Hip System
Designed with bone preservation in mind, our shorter-length stem keeps the same proven proximal geometry as our iNSitu Dual-Taper Blade Stem, but with a 30 mm reduction in length. The result is a conservative option that supports minimally invasive techniques and helps retain more native bone, providing surgeons with added flexibility for a range of clinical situations. The head to stem taper junction has been specifically engineering to limit trunnionosis. To promote early stability and bone ingrowth, the stems feature a 0.25 circumferential press fit and a proximal plasma spray titanium coating. Both standard and lateral offsets are available.
Options
Size 5 - size 22 available
Standard and Lateralized offsets for each size
Progressive Lateralization
A lateralized version of each stem is available, providing a progressively greater horizontal offset with each size, while still maintaining leg length, vertical offset and neck angle. The stem architecture is designed for a more accurate match with anatomical variations and consistencies, for optimal biomechanical reconstruction.
